AcerMetric Ltd

Unique patented quick construct flat pack buildings using one simple tool, no loose fastners or fixings, to erect floors, walls, ceilings, roofs etc.The AcerMetric Building System is constructed from three dimensional interlocking elements that can create an infinite style size and shape of fully pre-tensioned buildings that will withstand earthquake, flood and fire.

For fully certified Western affordable housing, the system comprises a precision built superstructure on which interior cladding pre-prepared ready for tape and jointing and exterior cladding, pre-factory finished for brick, weatherboard, render etc.can be readily attached with the same hand tool and fully seal the building. Patented beam and column system allows for large span and multiple storeys.

A typical 3 bedroom 5 person house can be built by 3 to 5 men in 4 to 5 days, complete ready for occupancy.

The superstructure alone can be sealed to form cost effective accommodation for emergency buildings that can be transported flat packed and erected by the local community as no skilled artisans are required. Electrics and plumbing is also plug and play.

The system is supplied through international licenced manufacturers and installers. Licencing opportunities are on going across different sectors..

To date 60 different sectors have been identified worldwide for the versatile quality AcerMetric building system.
