Enternships is working to provide an online portal which will connect students/graduates to entrepreneurial work placements in start-ups / SMEs. With less jobs in the blue-chips firms students are going to be looking for alternative opportunities; SMEs can seize the opportunity to hire the best talent by taking on a student for a short-term work placement which we call an "enternship" (entrepreneurial internship).
